Yes. Our design team is experienced in 3ds Max, Adobe, and AutoCAD, providing professional store planning and design services, including:
- Setting-Out Drawings– Floor Plan, Store Layout & Elevations
- 3D Renderings– At least 5 images from different angles
- 360° Walkthrough– One 360° video of the designed space
- Joinery Production Drawings– Detailed drawings for fixture manufacturing
A design deposit is required before 3D work begins. For 3D design only, the fee is 70% of the standard deposit. If ONI handles the subsequent shopfitting or fixture production, the design fee may be credited at 50% or 100%, depending on the project.
Yes, we provide installation services globally and offer detailed installation instructions, manuals, and videos to ensure smooth setup in your store.
Of course, we welcome customers to visit our factory or office. Please let us know when you plan to visit China and we can arrange a program. If you are unable to visit us in person, we can offer virtual tours via live streaming, video calls and photos. Please contact us for more details.
